Each Saturday we are holding free Arts and Crafts sessions from 12:30PM-3:30PM. Each week there will be a new and exciting themes to inspire new creations. This last week the theme was under the sea inspiring creations of octopuses, sharks and fish. In the following weeks you can expect themes of space, animals and Chinese new year! These sessions help to encourage children to be creative and use their imagination. The arts and crafts sessions allow parents and guardians to connect with their children or this time can be used as quiet time. It is never too late to join the beginners group! And we are starting afresh on Saturday 6th January 2024 at 10.30am.
Feel free to come along and join in whether you can. I try to keep things fairly simple.
We repeat short sequences of movements to music to aid relaxation and meditation.
The classes are free, although a donation to the cafè or purchase of refreshments is usually appreciated.
The classes run most Saturdays from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Beauty Blenders at the ready!
On Friday 24th November, Beautician Hayley Holmes will be holding make-up tutorials for daytime and nighttime looks.
This event will be held at the Hub and the cost is a £5 donation, which will go straight back into Hope Street.
Bring your own brushes and make-up to this event and learn something new from a skilled professional.

With Christmas fast approaching, we are currently planning our Christmas Fundraiser!
On Saturday 2nd December at 7pm- We will be holding our fundraiser at O’Briens Tea Rooms, Park Road, Ormskirk L39 3BY.
Tickets are available from Hope Street Hub and are £28.50 each. Be quick because tickets are selling out fast!
Hope Street is a charitable organisation (CIC), ran solely by volunteers. All monies raised for this event, go straight back into Hope Street so we are able to continue supporting our wonderful community.

Here at Hope St we want to help young people and adults build friendships with likeminded people. On Tuesdays, 3pm-5pm we are going to be hosting an autism group meet up. Please feel free to come and build new relationships with people from the local community.
